Q: How do I know if I need a new mattress?
A: In most cases, you need a new mattress if you wake up more tired than when you went to bed. This is due to a mattress that is not supporting you properly and therefore you toss and turn all night long. Waking up with aches and pains is also a clear sign that your mattress needs to be replaced. Q: What does 5lb. memory foam mean?
A: Memory foam mattresses are meaured in quality by their foam density, thickness and layered system. Our foam density ranges from 3lbs. - 8lbs. per cubic foot. A recommended density is 4lbs. - 5.5lbs. per cubic foot range.

Q: Does memory foam make you hot?
A: No, good quality memory foam like ours does not make you hot.

Q: Should I order a foundation with my mattress?
A: A mattress foundation is equally as important as the mattress. A memory foam mattress used with an uneven foundation becomes uneven itself and creates an unhealthy sleeping surface. Also a spring-box foundation should not be used with a memory foam bed. A platform bed of solid wood or a Acroy Mattress Foundation is an ideal base for your memory foam bed. We extend an additional discount when you purchase a mattress and it's corresponding foundation within the same order.

A: Our memory foam mattress will last you 20+ years with the proper foundation and environment conditions stipulated in our Manufacture's Warranty. All our mattress come with a 20-Year Manufacture's Warranty for your piece of mind.

Q: How does the 90-Day Sleep Trial work?
A: We offer a 90-Day Sleep Trial for your convenience. This allows you to test the quality and feel the benefits or our memory foam mattresses within a 90 day period (3 months). Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: One of the benefits of our online purchasing system is that you will NOT pay taxes on any orders shipping within the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states). With the exception of Florida, all orders are shipped tax FREE.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with the exception of our memory foam mattresses, which have a 90-Day Free Trial for your satisfaction. Read more on Return/Exchange.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. However, it is possible (but not guaranteed) to cancel an order passed the 48 hour time frame. Read our Cancellations policy for more details.

Q: What should I expect when I receive my mattress?
A: All our memory foam mattresses and memory foam toppers are vaccum packed and rolled for easy transportation and lower shipping rates. They arrive in a 15" x 15" x 54" package that is sealed in a clean and hygienic condition. Once you unroll your mattress onto it's foundation, leave it uncovered and well ventilated for a few hours. When new from the factory, memory foam often gives off a distinct odor which fades with airing.

Q: How do I care for my mattress?
A: Our memory foam mattresses and toppers require very little maintenance. Since this is a non-flip mattress, once in place it stays in place. Use a protective, waterproof pad to avoid any stains. If you have to tackle a stain, please use mild soap with cold water only. Don't allow the water to seep into the foam. Read more on Care & Use. ^ Back To Top
