Our 90-Day Sleep Trial return policy is simple. 1st; Contact Us via your preferred method and notify customer service of your decision to return your mattress. We will issue you a return authorization number. 2nd; Ship the mattress back in its original package to the address provided by customer service. A refund will be given unless the mattress is damaged beyond normal use, the mattress is stained, or the mattress is not shipped back within the 90-day trial.
Please note the following: » The 90-Day Sleep Trial is for memory foam mattresses only and does not include Adjustable beds, Axiom 1, Toppers and Pillows. » All returned mattresses must be in like-new conditions to qualify for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs and 20% restocking fee). » Refund will be given in the same manner that the payment was made in. » Mattresses received with a manufacture's defect must be returned within 30 days of order placement. Otherwise, it will not be accepted by the factory and refund or exchange will not be applicable.
