SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Acroy Mattress  is excited to have this opportunity to bring you our selection of memory foam mattresses, toppers and pillows.  We are not just selling great products but are also customers enjoying the benefits of a good night's rest.   Our Memory Foam products are manufactured in the U.S.A.  and come with a 20-Year Limited Warranty.  Read more on Warranty.

  We offer Free Shipping and Handling on all orders of $199.00 and over (can not combine separate orders), which includes all our mattresses, Axiom I Sofa Mattress, Toppers, Pillows and Ergomotion Adjustable Bed.  See Shipping Rates below for the remainder of products and their shipping rates.  Free Shipping includes one deliver attempt.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns/exchanges, read more on  Return/Exchange PolicyDeliveries are made to the outside door (curbside) of your residence (house or Appartment) and not inside.

  Products are shipped via UPS Ground direct from the factory for faster delivery.   Shipping & Handling charges do not include set-up or assembly since it is provided by a third party.  The contents of your order are contained in boxes that may be heavy and require two people to safely move them.  Since delivery is curbside only, please have a friend handy when delivery arrives to help you move it or a $20+ tip might incourage the carrier driver to help you carry them inside to it's designated location.

  Delivery to your front door will be within 5-10 business days.  Upon delivery,  Acroy Mattress recommends that you inspect each package for damages such as tears, holes, or crush marks prior to signing your name on the delivery sheet.  On rare occasions damages may occur during the transportation of package.  This will help expedite freight claims and provide you with a quick resolution.

  At this time, our products are delivered to the Continental U.S.A. (lower 48 States only).    NO deliveries to Hawaii are available at this time.   Deliveries to Alaska will require additional shipping charges, please contact us at 1-866-478-8172 for additional shipping charges.  NO international deliveries, including Canada, are available.

WARRANTY

All our mattresses, toppers and pillows come with manufature's warranties and ship direct from the factory.

Manufacture's warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, which must provide proof of purchase.  Shipping costs to return a damaged item will be refunded upon inspection and approval by factory (All items to be returned/exchanged must be in its original package.  Upon approval of manufaturing  defect, we will expidite a second order (same product as original order) at no additional cost to you.  However, if product is deemed non-defective, the return and re-delivery fees will not be reimbursed to the purchaser.  Additional re-delivery fees may apply.  Please
  contact us with any questions before sending a product back to avoid any misunderstandings related to Warranties and 
Return/Exchange Policy.


Memory Foam Mattress:  20-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. 

Memory Foam Toppers:  3-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. 

Adjustable Bed:   20-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. 

Axiom I Sleep Sofa Bed
:   5-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. 

All Pillows:  3-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. 


The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
     1.  The fabric mattress cover - if provided
     2.  Slight body impressions (less than one-and-a-half inches)
     3.  Comfort preference
     4.  Transportation charges for return and reshipping if necessary
     5.  When used on an inappropriate foundation, bedframe or box spring
          (Note: Bedframe must contain a minimum of 5 legs)
     6.  Failure to use an appropriate mattress protector
     7.  Abuse or unsanitary conditions of any kind

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We proudly stand behind our products and and want you to be 100% satisfied with your new bedding selection.  However, if you are dissatisfied with your product(s), we will handle your return/exchange as quickly as possible. 

All Returns/Exchanges MUST be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. 
All merchandise to be returned/exchanged must be boxed and wrapped in its original package or it will not be accepted by the factory.  It must also be unused.  If the product is in used condition, we will not issue credit for the item.

Returns/Exchanges with Manufacture defect or freight damage will require a digital photo to be sent to us for evaluation.  Once the factory determines that it is a warranty issue, manufacturing defect or damaged, a customer replacement will be sent right away at no additional shipping cost.  Please read our manufacture's  Warranty and its applilcable conditions.

Returns/Exchanges with dissatisfactory comfort issues or incorrect selection MUST be made within thirty (30) days as stated above.  In the event that you are dissatisfied with your product you may return it in it's original package.  To receive a refund for the original purchase (less original shipping fee), the product must be unused and with it's original package.  Items with tears, stains, punctures, soil spots, hair remains or any other damage will not be accepted.  The shipping costs to return/exchange an item are non-refundable.   The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways (return costs and re-delivery costs).  All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance issued as a credit to the card charged.

All Return/Exchange items must be returned with in 10 days of the customer receiving a return authorization number or shipping label.

Any promotional items received with your order must be returned with the purchased product.  If a customer fails to return promotional products, the retail value will be charged to the customers account or credit card.

NOTE FOR MATTRESSES ONLY:  All mattresses (except the Axiom 1 Sleep Mattresses) come with a 90-Day Sleep Trial for your peace of mind.  Click Here  to read more on this promotion.

Please fill out the  Return/ Exchange Form with all necessary details describing your request.  This form is required for any returns/exchanges.  Upon completion click on the Submit button and you'll receive your confirmation number.   If you prefer, please call our customer service toll-free at 1-866-478-8172 and we will be happy to assist you.  In either case, the  Return/ Exchange Form will need to be completed for our records.   Please note our hours of operation are Mon-Fri  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

CANCELLATIONS 

All of us at  Acroy Mattress are confident that you will love sleeping on our memory foam products.  So we are sorry to see you cancel your order and will expedite your request for best possible solution.  Please be advised that a cancellation must be done within 48 hours of your order placement.   To request a cancellation, please complete the Cancellation Form, submit it, and retain the confirmation number.

Since our products are manufactured on a 'per order' basis, we can only guaranty a 48 hour window for cancellations.  However, in the event that 48 hours have passed, it is possible (but not guaranteed) to cancel an order if the factory has not begun the manufacturing process.  Please contact us at 1-866-478-8172 (toll-free) if this is your situation.
