Our 3 Lb. Toppers (Pads) are made of the highest quality memory foam material in the USA and ship within 5-10 days.

The memory foam, also known as visco elastic foam, of our 3 Lb. Topper is made with open cell technology which is also temperature sensitive. Both work together and respond to your body heat as you lay down. The areas that create more heat (shoulders and hips) will sink deeper and the areas that create less heat (arms, legs and lower back) will sink less. As a result, your shoulders and hips will sink deeper than the rest maintaining your ideal spinal alignment.

Many of our customers suffer from pressure points at the shoulder, lower back, hips and heels caused by spring and coil mattresses. Our 3 Lb. memory foam toppers (pads) are designed with NASA Foam Technology to relieve these pressure points resulting in a deep and rejuvenated sleep.

Covers:
We offer two covers for your 3 Lb. toppers (optional); the classic Terry Cloth Cover and the Impressions Quilted Cover. The Terry Cloth Cover is a stretch knit cotton fabric while the Impressions Quilted Cover offers a more luxurious feel. Both covers are removable and washable for easy maintenance. Mattress of Dreams strongly recommends a cover to protect your new 3 Lb. topper.

Memory Foam Topper:	Our memory foam is made of open cell technology that contours your body in any position. Also referred to as visco elastic foam, this temperature sensitive foam will mould to your unique body within minutes of laying down. As a result, you experience 90% less pressure points and reduced tossing and turning through out the night.

3 Lb. Density:	Memory foam (visco elastic) topper density is measured in pounds per cubic foot and is a good indicator of the quality of the memory foam. Density ratings generally range from 2.5 lbs. - 8 lbs. with the higher density being the most firm, supportive and highest quality.

2", 3" and 4" Thick:	For most people, a 3" thick memory foam topper (pad) is sufficient amount of material to cushion and conform to their body. However, The 4" thick topper will deliver extra comfort if you prefer more cushion for support.

Topper Cover:	We offer two covers for our 3 Lb. memory foam toppers (pads); our classic Terry Cloth Cover and the Impressions Quilted Cover. Both covers are removable and washable for easy maintenance. Mattress of Dreams strongly recommends a cover to protect your new 3 Lb. topper.

Terry Cloth Cover:	Our classic Terry cloth Cover is a stretch-knit cotton blend that wraps around the bottom of the 3 Lb. topper.

Impressions Cover:	For a more luxurious cover, the Impressions Quilted Cover has several bonus features and completely encloses the 3 Lb. topper. The bottom is made of a non-skid material that keeps the 3 Lb. topper in place and has a zipper that goes all the way around for easy removal and maintenance. It also includes 4 elastic bands that grip each corner of the mattress for additional placement hold.

1>		What is Memory Foam? The Memory foam market is one of the fastest growing sectors in the industry today. Innovations in our manufacturing process have made it widely available and affordable to the public. It is a unique product with many health benefits for all ages.
1>		Memory foam is the top layer of the mattress or the full topper and it is made of open cell technology that contours your body in any position. Also referred to as visco elastic foam, this temperature sensitive foam will mould to your unique body within minutes of laying down. It is comprised of billions of tiny air-filled cells. These cells compress when you lie down with the air moving slowly from cell to cell allowing some to fully compress while others expand. When you move, the memory foam (visco elastic) simply takes up air again. You will feel like you're suspended in mid-air yet you will be completely supported from head to toe. A unique feature and perhaps the most appealing is the temperature-sensitive property of memory foam. 3>		Can I use it on my existing mattress? Yes, our memory foam toppers (pads) are a great solution to your sleepless nights without having to replace your mattress. It's made with the same NASA Foam Technology as our memory foam mattresses and produced with the highest quality memory foam (visco elastic) made in the U.S.A. Memory foam toppers (pads) are an inexpensive and effective solution if you have a firm or extra firm mattress. The soft butter-like memory foam will contour your body and improve the quality of your sleep. The health benefits of our toppers include increased blood circulation and reduced pressure points resulting in deep, uninterrupted sleep. Toppers are also great to use on an average mattress for additional comfort and relieve of pressure points. However, our memory roam toppers will not work well on a very soft or unsupportive mattress and may compound to the discomfort problem. Also, an uneven mattress with dents already developed is not suitable for our toppers. If this is your situation browse our mattresses and consider a new memory foam mattress instead.

4>		Does it come with a cover? Yes, we offer two covers for our memory foam toppers (pads); our classic Terry Cloth Cover and the Impressions Quilted Cover. Our classic Terry cloth Cover is a stretch-knit cotton blend that wraps around the bottom of topper with elastic bands. For a more luxurious cover, the Impressions Quilted Cover offers a more sophisticated system. It is also a cotton blend but has a quilted impressions design pattern. It is a thin quilt that does not affect the feel of the memory foam topper (pad). The bottom is made of a non-skid material that keeps the topper in place and has a zipper that goes all the way around for easy removal and maintenance. It also includes 4 elastic bands that grip each corner of the mattress for additional placement hold. Both covers are removal and washable (dry-clean only). Mattress Of Dreams recommends a cover to protect your new memory foam topper (pad) from stains or tearing.

5>		Which thickness is best for me? A good recommendation on this point is a thickness between 2" to 4". For most people, a 3" thick memory foam topper (pad) is sufficient amount of material to cushion and conform to their body. Also, side sleepers seem to prefer a 3" thick topper because it provides them with enough depth to contour and support the shoulder and hip. A 2" thick memory foam ltopper (pad) is sufficient for those who sleep mostly on their backs and stomachs. The 4" thick topper will deliver extra comfort if you prefer more cushion for support. Memory foam (visco elastic) density is measured in pounds per cubic foot and is a good indicator of the quality of the memory foam (visco elastic). Higher density foam mattresses and toppers cost more but also last longer and offer better support. Density ratings generally range from 2.5 lbs. - 8 lbs. with the higher density being the most firm, supportive and highest quality. Keep in mind that denser memory foam toppers and mattresses cost more to make but will have more of the 'memory' foam in it.

7>		What density is best for me? A recommended memory foam (visco elastic) density is in the 4 lb. - 5.5 lb. range for an average person that wieghts 140-180 lbs. An individual that weights over 200 lbs. might consider a 6 lb. - 8 lb. memory foam (visco elastic) density. Under heavier conditions a denser memory foam will perform better and last longer. 9>		Does delivery include installation? No, products are ship via UPS Ground and do not include set-up or installation of our memory foam topper (pad). Deliveries are made to the outside door (curbside) of your residence (house or apartment) and not inside.
9>		Our memory foam toppers are rolled, vacuum packed and sealed in a 15" x 15" x 60" package. This preserves the memory foam (visco elastic) material and protects it from potential freight damage.
